Will Spin-conv participate in this competition? Or spin-conv can be shown in the final leaderboard but not be awarded to keep the fairness of holding this competition.

No, SpinConv and any other model developed or worked on by the organizers will not be competing in the competition. The code will be made public very shortly for those interested in expanding on that work.
