Error with environment setting

Hi OCP team:

When I installed the environment, I got an error like:

(ocp-models) PS D:\python\ocp-main\ocp-main> pre-commit install    
An error has occurred: FatalError: git failed. Is it installed, and are you in a Git repository directory?
Check the log at C:\Users\PS\.cache\pre-commit\pre-commit.log

It was run by pre-commit install.

We have had mixed experiences with windows. If you are running a windows machine I would encourage you to setup WSL: Install WSL | Microsoft Learn. This will help resolve many of the compatibility issues you may be facing.
